Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Australia. We don’t deliver overseas at this time.
Usually by Australia Post Express Post. Occasionally we deliver by courier. Deliveries need to be signed for on delivery and will be taken to a local post office for collection if there is no one at the premises to sign for the delivery. Please note, we are not responsible for any damage to your chocolates which might occur if you choose to have the parcel left at your premises without a signature or if no one is available to receive the delivery and your package is returned for collection at the Post Office.
We ship on Monday to Wednesday each week to avoid your chocolates being in transit over the weekend. We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days, but we always send orders out as quickly as we can! We will send an email with tracking details when your order has been dispatched. If you need an order for a particular date, please let us know and we will do our very best.
Delivery is $15 for orders under $100. For orders $100 or more, delivery is free.
BLUE MOUNTAINS LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer free delivery to our customers in the Blue Mountains – between Lapstone and Mt Victoria. This is applied automatically at checkout when the correct postcode is used.
SHIPPING DURING HOT WEATHER
We take care in packaging to ensure your chocolates are received in great condition - including ice packs when needed. During the summer months we may have to hold off on delivery for a day or two during very hot weather, to avoid your chocolates melting during shipping.
Particularly during the summer months, we recommend having your order sent to an address where someone will be available to receive the delivery. If your package is melted due to being left without a signature or because it is returned to a post office awaiting collection, we cannot be held responsible for this.
At present, due to COVID 19, Australia Post Express Post timeframes are not guaranteed. If your delivery location is particularly remote or consistently over 30 degrees, we would probably not recommend purchasing from us at this time.
SHIPPING MATERIALS & RECYCLING
Orders are sent to you in a cardboard box. Our focus in packaging is to protect your chocolates so they arrive safely, so we do use insulated bubble wrap. We’d encourage you to reuse or recycle the box and the bubble wrap, which may be able to be recycled at supermarket soft plastic recycling near you.
