Some of our products are made to order and may take a few days to be ready to ship to you. We will email you to confirm shipping dates - please look out for this email including in junk/spam email folders.
If our delivery timeframe doesn't meet your needs, let us know and we will cancel your order and refund your money.
Orders are sent by courier or by Express Post. We avoid sending parcels at the end of the week so they aren't delayed in transit over the weekend. During the warmer months of the year, there may be delays if there is very hot weather that could cause your chocolates to melt or be damaged.
Pick up from our studio at Wentworth Falls is available. Once your order is placed, we will be in touch to advise when it is ready for pick up.
