Sorry, we aren’t open to the public for purchasing at this time. You can place an online order for collection from us though.
All of our products are handmade and packaged by us with love and care. The photos on our website are representations of our products, but exact details such as the shades in our coloured chocolates, may vary from batch to batch, whilst still providing you with beautiful and great tasting chocolate. All handmade products may have small variations that don't impact on the quality. Elements such as ribbon styles and colours may vary from what is shown on the website - so if these elements are important to you, please let us know when you place your order. We'll be very happy to work with you to ensure the product you receive meets your needs.
Our products are made with organic Belgian chocolate. Full ingredient lists and nutritional information are displayed on the packaging of each product.

It is important to note that as our facility handles products that include nuts, dairy and gluten, all our products may contain traces of these ingredients. We ask that consumers with allergies carefully check the label and consider this information before consuming any of our products. If you would like to check the ingredients on a product before ordering, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
BEST BEFORE DATES
The best before date for each product is shown on the packaging, for many of our products it is 4 to 6 months. For products with a shorter best before life, this is shown on the product page on our website.
Always store chocolate in a cool, dry environment away from strong smelling items and out of direct sunlight. We would say don’t store your chocolate in the fridge, but if you love your chocolate nice and cold, go right ahead – beware it can cause sugar bloom (white marks on your chocolate)!
We pride ourselves on beautiful high-quality products for our customers. If there is an issue with any product that you have purchased from us, please do contact us immediately. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot assist if you leave it more than 24 hours after receipt of your chocolates to contact us.
